Responsibilities:

Responsibilities
· Cut, clean and trim fish products
· Apply seasoning and marinate
· Package fish product
· Check products and packaging for defects
· Preparing product for shipment
· Record productions information
· Some tasks may require the use of machinery
· Other duties as required

Required Skills:

Requirements
• Steel-toed safety rubber boots (not needed right away)
• Ability to work doing repetitive tasks
• Ability to work with and around raw fish products
• Ability to stand for long periods
• Must be reliable and dependable
· While working, you must remove piercings, rings, neck chains etc.
· Ability to work in cold work environment
