Salary: Negotiable

Additional Info: 3 month training period progression from part time to full time hours

Responsibilities: We are looking for a motivated individual to help with the administration tasks of Provincial Hearing and In The Loop Hearing. Booking and coordinating appointments, site visits as well as assisting in quotes and correspondence with potential clients. Assisting clients with paper work, grants, and applications. Maintain a clean work environment. Must have computer skills and willing to take on challenges and learn new procedures. Must have a passion to help others and the hearing impaired community. Must be a people person who is comfortable approaching other business and organizations about accessible hearing solutions and grant opportunities.
