The Opportunity

We are looking for a Recruiter to join our organization to help us find other great people! People are the core of our business and we believe there is a right job for every person to achieve success. Join us in our vision.

This position is responsible for executing Skybridge's recruitment and selection strategy for our client teams. You will effectively partner with line managers to find the right people that are enthusiastic about providing exceptional customer care and maintaining the brands of our clients.

Responsibilities: Performs comprehensive talent sourcing for qualified candidates via internal databases, job boards, schools, professional associations, business contacts with other companies, and discussions with other research personnel.
Partners with hiring managers and Human Resources to achieve staffing goals while ensuring applicants meet qualifications.
Execute sourcing, interviewing, and selection strategy in both Canada and the US for all levels of the organization and assigned work groups.
Build relationships and networks in the call centre industry to identify and attract top talent in key business areas.
Ensure a positive candidate experience through all communications and on-boarding process that is reflective of the Skybridge Americas brand by leveraging ATS tools and resources.

Required Skills:

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or post-secondary education in related field
Minimum of 2+ years in high volume recruitment; contact centre recruiting preferred
Fluency in written/verbal French/English is preferred due to program requirements and selection strategies
Team player in achieving organizational goals
Proficient in Microsoft Office; leveraging system tools to enhance processes
Previous experience with ATS management
